EV Parking and Charging user workflow

Could someone explain how the typical workflow for a user in a TOTAL EV parking and charging area look like? And also about the below questions.
- Does the user reserve an EV parking/charging spot before even coming to the parking lot? The workflow that I envision is "The user submits a request initially to the system with the intended parking/charging lot timeframes, the system reveals the available parking/charging time slots, the user then selects and pays for it and finally, the system allocates the time slots. Users get notified when the parking and charging time slots are over. They might get penalized when they stay over their reserved time."
- Is the user expected to come to the EV parking area to charge their vehicle or would a TOTAL employee connect/disconnect the charger based on the system schedule?
- Will the chargers available cater to all the EV parking spots available? i.e. Is 10 parking spots = 10 simultaneous charging connections? If not, who would handle moving the EVs to the respective charging stations?
- Is there a reason for an EV to stay after the vehicle has been charged?
- What are we optimizing for? Should we make sure to fully charge(max time the system granted for the user) every vehicle in the parking lot or charge more vehicles as possible with a constraint that every user in the queue gets at least 30 mins of charge?

Thanks!
